Making Process: We extract milk from high-quality buffaloes by hand, maintaining traditional methods for purity and quality. The fresh milk is boiled within 48 minutes of milking to preserve its freshness and prevent the growth of any harmful bacteria. The boiled milk is then cooled for 2-3 hours to prepare it for cream extraction. Once cooled, the cream is carefully extracted from the milk. The extracted cream is then simmered slowly before sunset to produce ghee, ensuring a rich aroma and flavor. The ghee is filtered to remove any residues and packaged for consumption.
