Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Time

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days

Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

₹ 150 for  ₹500<order value<₹999

FREE SHIPPING on order value >=₹999

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS or Whatsapp to track your delivery.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at prasukam5@gmail.com with your order number and photos & video of the damage or while opening the parcel.
