Prasukam 1Ltr A2 GIR COW BILONA GHEE (Combo of 2)

Made using the traditional Bilona process, our A2 Cow Milk Ghee is rich in flavour and packed with nutrients. This ghee is perfect for those who  value purity and authenticity in their food.

Making Process:

●       We obtain fresh milk from high-quality A2 cows that are carefully nurtured and grazed in natural pastures to ensure the best quality milk.

●       Fresh A2 cow milk is converted into curd by naturally fermenting it.

●       The curd is churned using a traditional wooden churner, called bilona methods, to extract butter.

●       The butter is carefully separated from buttermilk, ensuring it retains its natural qualities.

●       The extracted butter is then simmered on a low flame in earthen pots until it turns into ghee, preserving its natural goodness and rich flavour.

●       The ghee is allowed to cool down naturally, enhancing its texture and aroma.

●       The cooled ghee is packaged in glass jars to maintain its purity and quality.
